Madonna, the world’s all-time best-selling female recording artist according to the Guinness Book of Records , has put the Beverly Hills mansion she has owned for nearly a decade on the market with an asking price of $22.5 million, according to multiple online reports.

The mansion, which sits on 1.25 acres of land, totals 17,000 square feet of living space. It features nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, indoor gym, tennis court, resort-caliber swimming pool and two guesthouses.

According to ABC, several months ago Madonna also put up for sale her plush townhouse located in New York City’s Upper West Side.

According to reports, Madonna’s Beverly Hills mansion—which is at 9425 Sunset Blvd.–is so appealing it has previously drawn interest from the likes of David and Victoria Beckham. Madonna purchased the French country-style manse when still married to movie director Guy Ritchie.

The home figures to draw plenty of interest from well-heeled buyers as it’s been well-chronicled how the high-end real estate market has heated up  during the past few months.

Madonna, 54, has sold more than 300 million records in a career that has spanned three decades.
